Community Wellness Training is a provider of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to organizations who wish to enhance their skills in supporting others experiencing mental health distress and/or crises.
We are passionate about promoting mental wellness through evidence based training curriculum and certification. When you have the knowledge, confidence and skills to support others in distress, you’re more likely to offer and provide effective interventions.
We believe individuals who provide MHFA will create more caring and inclusive communities. Whether it be your neighbour, family member, coworker, friend, client or yourself, we all struggle sometimes and could use support from our community.
